Now let me just say these shoes are the star of the show! I’m completely obsessed and they’re some of the comfiest heels I own! Living in Miami I walk A LOT and having comfy heels is key to surviving down here!
This year for Miami Swim Week I kept things a little more low key and only attending a few events that were hosted by my close friends. One of said events was a pop-up at Moreno’s Cuba Restaurant in South Beach, hosted by Bikini On Demand. Where four different designers were showcasing their newest swimwear pieces.
Of course I couldn’t go to the event without sporting my new favorite look from Lilac and Lilies Boutique. The same boutique that styled by New York Fashion Week trip! And I have to say, these pants are some of my new favorites!
Not sure if you can tell… But red is my favorite color, and this red Lilac and Lilies dress was one of the most flattering pieces I wore during my NYFW events. And it perfectly paired with the Frida Kahlo purse, which I received endless compliments on.
Our trip for New York Fashion Week was nothing less than wonderful. We tried some amazing vegan foods, enjoyed stunning runway shows and explored parts of the city that we have never been to.
This day was my Zara look, I wanted something fun and classy, but wearable. Which is why I went with a chunky heeled bootie, to carry me around the city for a full day.
We spent most of the day in SoHo, aka South of Houston rd., and it was the most charming little space! We stopped by Bulletin.Co, a female empowering, pink wonder world, that needs to be experienced at least once! And we ate at By.CHLOE for breakfast and lunch! It’s so nice having full vegan restaurants at the tip of your fingers, it makes ordering much more simple!
I always love how each major city has their own little foreign pockets. Take, for example, Little Italy in New York or China Town in San Fransisco. And here in Miami Beach, we have Española Way. Our little Spanish quarter in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
With the amazing Spanish restaurants, foreign music and Spain’s architecture, it’s like we took a trip back to Spain.
Española Way is definitely one of my favorite little spots in Miami Beach, and a great place to visit if you’re ever this way! Or if you’re just looking for a delicious Nutella filled croissant.
