Bodysuits have to be my new favorite obsession. They’re so easy to throw on under your favorite pair of highwaisted skirt or shorts, and you never have to worry about exposing too much skin.
Part of my fall wardrobe definitely contains a fair few bodysuits, and I am certainly ready to break them out!

It seems as though people are always complaining about bruising easily, and no one ever likes the look of a gnarly purple and green spot glaring at them. So today I have brought you three amazing products to help your skin prevent bruises, as well as to diminish existing bruises.
1. First and foremost is my favorite holy grail product of all, Castor Oil! Not only is this
product amazing for getting rid of any existing bruises, but it also makes for a natural deep moisturizer and helps with any sore joints, muscles and even your digestion. If you have any existing bruises, just massage some Castor Oil onto the spot and within days it will had disappeared.
I also massage Castor Oil into my sore muscles and my stomach. It has great properties that absorb through your skin and help with digestion! I never skip out on my daily Castor Oil massages. 😛
2. Another product to help prevent bruises is Riboflavin vitamins or B2, which has amazing properties for helping with development of the skin. Just pop one of these vitamins everyday and you’ll notice a decrease in the amount of bumps and bruises your body collects.

3. Finally the last tip to prevent bruises, and probably the most strange way, is to eat the pith of an orange peel, or the white part inside the peel. The pith of an orange actually carries the most concentration of flavonoids in the fruit. It’s full of antioxidants and is one of the most nutritious parts of an orange. So next time you’re eating an orange, make sure to keep the peel and finish off the pith! Not only will it help your body to prevent bruising so easily, but the other benefits it has are amazing for your overall health!

A couple months ago I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautifully packaged pink and white box outside of my door. And inside the box was even more cute packaged goodies! Frank had paid me a visit and I was not mad about it. 🙂
I was sent the Frank Body original Coffee Body Scrub and Body Balm. First off let me just say I am a huge fan of these products because of their all natural and vegan ingredients.
Their body scrub is made with Coffee Beans, Almond Oil, Vitamin E oils and Sea Salt. And their body balm is a mixture of Coconut Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Coffee Arabica Seed Oil and Beeswax. All stuff that we can actually understand and I’m all about those natural ingredients!
So besides the cute packaging and amazing ingredients, the products themselves have worked wonders for my skin.
I have relatively normal skin with a few breakouts here and there and a little bit of hyperpigmentation. I would use the coffee scrub about 2x a week as a deep exfoliator. I can instantly notice the texture of my skin smoothens, my skin appears brighter and my face is baby soft. My random breakouts have gone down and my skin feels overall more healthy, and not to forget the smell is incredible!
I have recently started using the body scrub for a few stretch marks that I have developed, so I will definitely keep you posted with any results I see!
The body balm is also a great product and very moisturizing. Though I would recommend only using it at night, as it does not soak into the skin very quickly. Since it has so many natural oils, it takes quite longer than a regular lotion to set. That being said, apply this stuff all over before bed and you will definitely have baby soft skin by the morning.
I am so in love with both of these products that I am itching to try some of their new stuff. Especially their peppermint body scrub, yum!!

It is easy to ignore the tiny symbols that are on your bottles, tubes, and containers of makeup. You probably have seen these markings hundreds of times as they appear on all of the products that you use. This includes toothpaste, shampoo, and nearly all of your makeup. However, as you are probably unaware of what it means, you tend to overlook it.
Actually, these little symbols are trying to tell us just how long we should use our makeup and beauty products for. Much like everything else, your makeup has an expiration date as well.
Thanks to mightygoods.com for creating this helpful infograph!
Maybe it’s time to do a beauty product purge and get rid of those products you may not have known were out of date!
