About

_dsc4013So first, let’s get the important things out of the way, my name is Aroon Melane Duncanson, pronounced Uh-Ruhn. I am a 24 year old, college graduate from The Nicholson School of Communication at UCF, with my degree in Advertising/Public Relations. I have a rescue dog, named Finn, who I will, and do, take everywhere possible. Out

I first started this blog after I decided to quit my collegiate volleyball career due to injuries and conflict of interests. From there blogging and photographing became second nature, as I found a desire to share all the wonderful things I was finding.

Outside of this blog I am a self-employed entrepreneur and business owner based in Miami, Florida. I work with several clients as a publicist, getting brands and names TV air time, published in magazines and on some major online media news sources. I also own a vegan purse line with my mother, Livin’ the MAD Life, I work as my moms art manager for MADART and I also work as model and influencer. When people ask me what I do for a living, you could imagine it ends up being a bit of a tedious answer.

If you were to ask some of my closest friends to describe me in two words, I am almost certain they could all come to an agreement and say I am “weird” and a “grandma.” Now there is good weird and there is bad weird, and I like to think I am more on the good weird side, but I’ll leave that up to you to decide. As for grandma, well, there is really only one way to interpret that. And that is me ending my night before 11pm everyday, with a nice hot cup of unsweetened ginger tea.

xoxo
