Cooking Alaskan Dungeness Crab
What’s for dinner??
One of my all time favorite foods is fresh Alaska Dungeness Crab. Today we were fortunate enough to get some fresh crab and we never fail to use the same recipe every time. This recipe is quick, easy and delicious! You can also use this same recipe for prawns (shrimp). If you are looking for a quick meal in under 20 minutes, this is the one for you.
Old Bay Seasoning
1 cup. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Can of Budweiser Beer (optional)
You will want to start boiling 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar. We did not have any beer otherwise we would have added the one can of Budweiser to the apple cider vinegar.
Then coat the crab in the Old Bay seasoning.
Once the liquid starts to boil steam the crab over it for 15 minutes, let them cool and dig in!
